Pitch for Editions Le Manuscrit website’s redesign

March 3, 2007 · Leave a Comment

Editions Le Manuscrit is a unique editing company based in Paris, France.
Sepefrei consulted me for a redesign of Editions Le Manuscrit’s website in order to develop a new structure and design of the home page. The focus was to develop a design that clearly communicates Editions Le Manuscrit’s activity: giving the authors a possibility to upload their manuscripts directly on the website and get the opportunity to be published.

Here under you can visualize my proposition for the design of the home page :

New media master final projects exposition

November 16, 2006 · Leave a Comment

With my class from the New media design master, we organised an exposition in order to showcase our final projects.
The expo was held from November, 10th till 30th in the main exposition hall of our school ENSCI.

Some pictures are visible here.

Master degree project: PixeLoft – it should make you feel free enough to put your dinning table on the ceiling.

April 15, 2006 · Leave a Comment

I developed the project “PixeLoft” during my master studies at ENSCI in the workshop of Architecture under direction of Claire Petetin.

Subject: Media House – from rational environment to sensitive living
Certainly this is my favourite project I did during my studies. I proposed an interactive habitat that can adapt and re-adapt continuously to your momentary needs in terms of space usage.
I imagined a concept house that is at the same time tangible and virtual. It encourages you to use you imagination and creativity to build you own environment (image 1). This house should make you feel free enough to put your dinning table on the ceiling.

PixeLoft is build from dynamic (pink) and fixed (gray and blue) areas (image 2).pix-loft2.gif
Image 2

In the walls are installed individual mechanical piston (image 3), that can be activated by a remote device – tablet PC (image 4). Pistons are also visible on the exterior of the house.

To change the house interior, we use an application on our remote device/tablet PC (image 4).

By dragging and dropping the virtual elements into the application we activate the mechanical pistons (image 5) .

When the interior gets it’s desirable shape, the “negative” image of the interior appears on the exterior (image 6).

Master degree project: Identity – Your Life Agenda

March 27, 2006 · Leave a Comment

I developed the project “Identity” during my master studies at ENSCI in the workshop of Graphic design under direction of Jean Detrez.

Subject: Global vision – fragmented vision.
My idea was to use the surveillance systems, credit cards, mobile phones, subway tickets, e-mails, internet, plane tickets etc… in order to simultaneously collect all the informations about what are we doing in our life. As a web designer I proposed a global web application where one can find all the informations stored in a personal life agenda.
The concept should make us aware of how fragile our privacy is.

Master degree project: Mood Mask – Your Second Life

March 7, 2006 · Leave a Comment

I developed the project “Mood Mask” during my master studies at ENSCI in the workshop of Fine Arts under direction of Armand Behar.

Subject: Cyber society
In the creation of the concept for this project I was strongly inspired by characteristics of modern internet society. Web chat applications (MSN, IRC, ICQ… ) and websites as Habbo Hotel and Second life can stimulate developing one’s second identity.
I wrote a short story describing a day in a life of someone with double identity.

Pitch for Situla’s website design

February 19, 2006 · Leave a Comment

Renderspace, the most successful Slovene interactive agency, part of the Pristop group, consulted me to answer a pitch for for the design of the Situla website.
Situla is a boutique travel agency that offers costume made experience in Slovenia. Their vision is to invite visitors to discover the still-undiscovered corners of Slovenia!

To respond to this pitch I proposed a design that meets clean lines and minimalism, reflecting exclusiveness of the company, with traditional Slovene ornaments, illustrating the culture of Slovenia – clients destination.

Design proposition for a wedding invitation

February 12, 2006 · Leave a Comment

Delphine and Nicolas are friends of mine who got married in July 2006.
They asked me if I could prepare them some propositions for their wedding invitation card.
They were not looking for a conventional wedding invitation and therefore gave me their green light to come up with my vision, yet trying to express important aspects of their couple.

I prepared two designs…..
