Magazine Ringaraja’s sparks [Ringarajine iskrice]

March 1, 2008 · Leave a Comment

It has been some time now since at Danu were thinking expanding our knowledge from the internet in to the print media. Therefore we created a magazine “Ringarajine iskrice“. The magazine has become the major Slovene magazine dedicated to families and kids and it is distributed for free in the kindergartens, elementary schools, hospitals, libraries etc.

I was in charge to design the magazine’s logo, cover, layout, design and graphical identity.
When designing magazine’s logo I had to make a good visual link with Ringaraja’s website logo in order to create a connection between off-line/on-line media.

Creating a cover was most fun. Again I needed to interpret the connection between on-line/off-line. Inspired by tag clouds, hyper links and Ben Fry’s organic design I proposed a design for a cover that graphically embraces magazine’s index with “tags” in the editor’s note.

Layout and design of Ringaraja’s iskrice was planned to bi clean and easy for eyes.

Mayer McCann agency based in Ljubljana asked me to prepare a redesign of the Nestlé Slovenia website.

The purpose of this redesign was to give an overview of Nestlé in Slovenia as well as create the website more user friendly that provides an easy orientation and clearly communicates Nestlé products and their high quality.

To respond a demand I proposed a simple and fresh design with intuitive main navigation to give a straightforward presentation of Nestlé brands and content.

Master degree final project: MyWay

October 3, 2007 · 3 Comments

MyWay ou La représentation de la vie dans l’architecture” is the title of my final project for the new media design master degree course I was following in ENSCI, Ecole Nationale Superieure de Creation Industrielle.

Case study:

  • Centre Pompidou, Paris

DistriConsult’s website design

May 28, 2007 · Leave a Comment

Districonsult is a consulting company specialised in the distributor strategies.
The client wanted a complete redesign of it’s ageing website in order to propose a more user-friendly experience.
I proposed a design:

  • with a new site structure
  • with an instinctive navigation to facilitate access to the different parts of the site
  • which highlights the expertise of the client in his field (using serious colours and serif font)

DistriConsult

The integration was realised with Alban Staehli from Oxegena sàrl. The site is online since may 2007.
I was recommended by DistriConsult on my LinkedIn profile.

April 13, 2007 · Leave a Comment

When working at Parsek as a senior web designer we’ve got on the table an interesting pitch to design a mini-site for the release of Peugeot 407. And because the new 407 was so amazing we can just dream about, the idea was to design a world of illusions and magic. At this project I was working together with Jan Raposa.

Design proposal for Peugeot 407 mini-site.
